In the enchanting embrace of the Yorkshire Moors, we uncovered a hidden gem—a barn, once relegated to a storage shed, waiting to be transformed. The allure of the picturesque moors served as our inspiration, guiding our mission to turn this rustic structure into a one that harmonizes with the breathtaking countryside views.

We aimed to reserve its rustic charm while maximizing the panoramic views of the countryside. The blockwork and timber gave way for stone and zinc, a blend that pays homage to the barn’s original style while elevating it beyond its humble beginnings.

At the heart of this transformation lies a large double-height entrance which is home to a grand dining room. Above this, on a perimeter mezzanine, a serene sitting area welcomes you, offering an almost cinematic 180-degree view of the surrounding landscapes. It’s not just an entrance; it’s an invitation to immerse oneself in the natural beauty that stretches as far as the eye can see.
