As a RIBA and RIAS Chartered architect, Sam brings with him more than ten years of experience within the architectural field. During this time, he has acquired a broad range of skills working on a diverse range of project types, including standalone early learning and childcare provision, special educational needs provision, museums, general practices, restaurants, holiday accommodation, bespoke dwellings, and housing developments.
Sam is an avid supporter of sustainability and achieving net zero. The buildings in which we inhabit are responsible for a significant portion of global energy-related greenhouse gas emissions, so Sam believes we not only have a professional responsibility to respond decisively but also a moral obligation to ensure that our actions protect those of future generations. This translates to designing buildings that are sustainable and prioritize carbon reduction as a primary focus.
In his spare time, Sam likes to keep active and leads a busy lifestyle outside of architecture. You will regularly find him working on his house, gardening, walking his dog (Gus the pug), and at the gym.
