Anthony Boyce

Anthony Boyce is a seasoned property professional who has experience across many useful disciplines within the property & construction industries. Having spent nearly 20 years working for other firms as an architectural technologist, he has worked within planning consultancy, structural engineering, building surveying & architectural practices, before taking the plunge and creating Rocket in 2019.

During this time Anthony also began building his own property investment portfolio, starting with Buy to Lets, HMOs & Serviced Accommodation, before using his knowledge to tackle larger conversion projects, like his Grade II Listed Church Conversion, Inclusive Design Class Q Barn Conversion, and Grade II Listed Queen Alexandra School Conversion.

He is also co-host of the popular The Property Thing networking event & community in Darlington, as well as being a regular guest speaker at other events & on property & business podcasts.

Anthony is always around to give his unique insight into property projects, having experienced life on both sides of the fence as designer & developer, and in having built his own multi-million-pound portfolio and developments.
