What are 3D visualisations?
3D visualisation is the process of creating three dimensional representations of architectural designs using an array of different mediums, including hand drawn sketches, physical modelling, and computer software. They are used to help Client’s, Stakeholders, and us as designers better understand the intended design of a building or space before it is constructed. It allows us to refine and validate design intent and serves as a powerful communication tool to convey ideas. This can also help with marketing materials to attract potential buyers or investors, should your intention be to sell the plot.
